 Sept 6:

NASON ST; Calling party reports her roommate is causing a disturbance in the apartment. No injuries reported. No weapons involved.

SUMMER ST; Caller reported seeing people moving around in the construction area behind the old school. Caller advised seeing someone leave in a white van.

MILL VILLAGE/PRESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOORHOOD; 3 trees and wires reported down after a storm.

Sept 8:

ROOSEVELT ST; Officer received a report that the involved juvenile had not been present for school yet this year. Officer made contact with the individual, and will follow up.

GREAT RD; Caller reported finding baby rabbits at the listed location and requesting to speak to ACO.

DAWN RD; Caller stated the listed female threatened her with a knife earlier in the evening. Female placed into custody and transported in C16:

Arrest: BOUFFARD, DEBORAH A, 217 DAWN RD MAYNARD, MA Age: 57  

Charges: ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON

Sept 10:

MAIN ST; The calling party reported she was notified by an off-duty manager that a male (no description provided) entered the store with a firearm and utilized a restroom. She stated he may be associated with a white van in the parking lot. Officer confirmed it was an on-duty law enforcement officer.

NASON ST; The reporting party stated that a woman walked into the business and was asking if she had experienced anything “weird” and that she was “Megan from ICE” then left the business. Officer reported that the individual was described as wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants with a dark hat and red hair. Officer checked area with negative results.

 Sept 11:

DIGITAL WAY; An Emerson Urgent Care employee reported that a male walked into the lobby requesting to use their phone and stated that he had escaped from the Behavioral Health Unit at Emerson Hospital. Officer reported that he had been discharged from the hospital and had been in contact with family.

Sept 12:

GREAT RD + SUDBURY ST; Multiple callers reported a motor vehicle accident, a rollover. ALS notified to respond.

SUDBURY ST; The reporting party located $200.00 cash.

Sept 13:

 O’MOORE AVE; Calling party reporting an older male driving an ATV up/down the road erratically at high rate of speed. Officer spoke with the individual.

Sept 14:

DEER PATH; Reporting party speaking to officer about a confrontation she had with a neighbor in the condo complex.

RIVER ST; Walk in found the listed party’s wallet with driver’s license and credit cards at the listed location. Control called Concord PD for the two attached phone numbers and a voicemail was left. Party picked up her wallet.

AMORY AVE; Caller advised that someone just came by his house and “egged” his car.

Sept 15:

MAIN ST; A skunk can be seen behind the station with a metal can over its head, ACO Condon has been notified and will be checking the area. Skunk has been located by Animal Control Officer

MILL AND MAIN PL; Caller states she located a turtle in lobby of above location. Animal Control Officer notified and will follow up.

OLD MILL RD; Walk reported illegal dumping at the dumpster at the gun club.

Sept 16: 

VALLEY SPORTS, Concord; The reporting party stated that she lost her engagement and wedding band at Valley Sports in Concord, please contact in the event it is turned into MPD. They are described as a platinum band with diamonds and an inscription and a platinum princess cut engagement ring.

MCKINLEY ST; The reporting party stated that accounts had been opened with his information.

LATTA LN; The calling party reported that someone stole the can of money from his farmstand.

POWDER MILL RD; Calling party advised the younger listed male entered his house without invitation. When confronted the male ran away towards the Acton town line. Officers dispatched to investigate and Acton PD contacted to check their end of RT 62 over the line. Unable to locate male and report to be filed.

CHARLES ST; Email reporter advises he saw where paint had been poured down a storm drain on his street. Officer responded to investigate. Pictures were taken and a report will be filed.

Sept 17:

GEORGE RD; Caller reports that there is a chicken in his front yard. Unknown if it’s hurt.

GEORGE RD + DANA RD; Calling party reporting vehicle passed school bus with lights on. Verbal discussion regarding incident occurred. Vehicle in question remaining on scene. No injuries. School bus has left the area. Calling party requesting to speak to an officer. Officer   spoke to involved parties. Operator from out of state was not aware of the laws and stopped prior to violation once parents began yelling. Parties advised.

Sept 18:

MAIN ST; Medication Box in front lobby of police station has been emptied.

SUMMER ST; The calling party reported that a construction crew had begun work prior to 7:00AM. Officer made contact with the foreman, and he was advised.

Sept 19:

SUMMERHILL GLEN; The calling party reported that her mother was on a walk last night and a dog charged her causing her to fall causing injury and she was bitten. Animal Control Officer notified.

LATTA LN; The reporting party stated that the can of money was stolen from his farm stand for the second time.

GREAT RD; The reporting party stated that the door to her vehicle was open this morning and it appeared as though someone had taken change from it.

Sept 20:

REO RD; Walk In-Party requesting to speak with an officer regarding neighborhood issues with speeding on the roadways.

HIGH ST; Missing 6 year old. Wearing Shorts- Brown. T-shirt brown wears glasses. No Medical problems- While on 911 the father located his son who was underneath the stairs.

Sept 21:

LINCOLN / CHARLES ST; The reporting party located a coin purse with some coins and a bag of band aids at the listed intersection.

WALNUT ST; Caller wanted to have an officer check on a black SUV that was parked in the back of the lot opposite of Mill & Main. Caller said it was suspicious because no one would be working on a Sunday. Officer advises that there is nothing suspicious and everything checks out at this time.

Sept 22:

CONCORD ST; The calling party reported that two vehicles parked in her driveway had sunglasses, change and a water bottle taken from them.

CHARLES ST; Walk in reports having money stolen out of her unlocked car last night. 

WALTHAM ST; Caller reported 3 males in their early teens going into the listed vacant building.   Youths found in the back of the building and were sent on their way. Officer spoke with one of the youth’s parents.

Sept 23:

WALNUT ST; The calling party reported he located two social security cards inside of a book in the donation bin that he would like to turn in. Officer will attempt to make contact with the individuals. Contact made. Mother moved out of Maynard recently and donated the books not knowing the cards were inside.

ELMWOOD ST; Caller reported dirty brown water from several faucets in the house. Control spoke to staff in the water department who advised they were working in the area today and to advise the residents to run the cold water until it clears up.

Sept 24:

MAIN ST; Caller reported 2 young male parties wearing face masks attempting to enter the building at the above location, both parties possibly traveling in area on bicycles. Juveniles located on scene, Sudbury PD notified. All parents have been spoken to and advised of the situation. 

Sept 25:

TIGER DR; The calling party reported that approximately $5,000 of copper was stolen from storage containers on the construction site. The reporting party stated that there was a white van with blacked out windows parked on Tiger Drive. Officer checked the surrounding area, negative results.

GREAT RD; The calling party reported a parent left for work and the child was not going to school, they were going to the residence to speak with him and requested a Police Officer on scene. Officer reported the juvenile refused to go to school, and requested contact be made with his mother. Officer reported the mother had returned home.

Sept 27:

NASON ST; Reporting party emailed the department about a male and female arguing in front of the listed business. Officer responded to investigate.

Sept 28:

MAIN ST: Employee reported a male sleeping at a table in the dining area he could not wake up. Officers and FD responded. A sober friend picked the listed male up.

FIELD ST; The calling party reported that his daughter left her vehicle parked overnight at the listed address with the keys inside and the vehicle was no longer there.

REO RD; The reporting party located old ammunition and flares inside of a shed on his property.  Officer took them for storage/disposal.

CHANDLER ST; The reporting party stated that the door to his vehicle was open and the console had been gone through. The vehicle was unlocked.

PARKER ST; The reporting party stated that his vehicle door was open and the center console had been gone through. Officer reported several more vehicles on the street were gone through.

SUDBURY ST; The calling party reported that there was a group of youths throwing rocks at the ducks/geese. Officer spoke with the juveniles and they were advised to leave the area.

MARBLE FARM RD; The Acton Police Department requested contact be made with the involved party who was involved in a theft at Stop and Shop.

Sept 29:

POWDER MILL RD; Checking on vehicle backed in far corner of lot by John Deere property. Uber driver sleeping and single occupant, nothing amiss.

GREAT RD; Officer requesting another unit at 1 Great Rd after observing an individual kneeling at the rear of MV with a Sawzall removing something from under the car. Officer   advised that subject was owner of MV and was fixing his exhaust.  

Sept 30:

SUMMER HILL GLEN; Caller stated she has been waiting for hours for singer Vince Gill to show up at her house and she was starting to get worried. Officers dispatched to see if she was getting scammed or possible altered mental status.

Oct 2:

DIGITAL WAY; The reporting party stated that a woman approached her at Market Basket with a note and requested that she go back to her vehicle with her.

FAIRFIELD ST; Officer Smith of the Danvers Police Department requested contact be made with the involved party and a phone number be obtained for him. A vehicle registered to him was at a Danvers school today and an individual was wearing a mask while pulling on doors to the school. Maynard officer reported there was no one at the residence.

VERNON ST; Caller reported hit and run of her motor vehicle. Officer responded to investigate. Believed to be from an Amazon truck and resident is contacting them.

Oct 3:

MAIN ST; A checkbook, ID and credit cards were turned in. A message was left for the owner.

Oct 5:

PARKER ST + GREAT RD; Caller advised people not yielding on right hand turns from people traveling north on Parker St. Calling party advised extra traffic enforcement will be conducted in the area and caller was advised of her options as she believes extra signing would help alleviate the problem.
