New members have been appointed for Town Meeting authorized Task Force

From Charge: “To advise the Select Board on the future of the Maynard Golf Course, its facilities and associated properties; and, to provide public education as to the opportunities and limitations of the properties’ future uses.”

Membership

5 at-large members, appointed by the Maynard Select Board

1 member as a liaison from the Maynard Community Preservation Committee (CPC), as either a member of the CPC or a designee of the CPC. This CPC Liaison will also be appointed by the Select Board.

This body is meant to serve as an ad-hoc committee, with a limited, concentrated scope, to facilitate the planning by the town, its officials, committees, and preparation for proposed action by the voters, if so directed by the Select Board.
