Siblings Stephanie and Michael regularly vacation together with their twenty-something sons, and they discovered their love of wine through tastings across Europe and South America. While on vacation in Prague, they discovered a unique wine tasting experience and they all had the same idea of bringing this unique concept and experience to the US.

Soon you will be able to explore a carefully curated collection of 32 wines from around the world, handpicked to provide you with a variety of options.

Barrel and Vines will be a self-service wine bar, which goes beyond a traditional wine bar by giving you more control. Through the use of wine dispensers, you will have the option to select your preferred size – a sip, a half glass, or a full glass. Using these options, you can try a variety and see what you like before getting a full glass or bottle.

Events and tastings will be available where you can expand on your wine knowledge and mingle with fellow wine enthusiasts. One will also be able to book private tastings and social events. Catering can be arranged with a variety of local restaurants. 

As a resident of Maynard, Stephanie is excited to bring this unique wine bar experience to 115 Main Street, Maynard and become a destination for wine lovers from our surrounding communities. She is partnering with her brother, son, and nephew to make Barrells and Vines a casual yet refined self – serve wine bar where you can explore the world of wines at your own pace.  The opening is planned for October 15^th.  Stay tuned!!
