Spring is here! That means lots to do in the Maynard Cultural District. Get ready for Spring Art Walk on May 2, Maynard Pride on June 7 and Maynard Jazz Fest on June 13.

And that’s just the beginning. The Cultural District will be alive with activity in the coming months.

The Maynard Cultural District creates and supports community events and festivals for the enjoyment of Maynard residents and visitors. We are funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council from state gaming revenues and offer grants to local residents and organizations who’d like to enliven the District with new ideas for projects. Applications are reviewed in January.

From Shakespeare to books, to bocce, to Pride, lots of music and a winter festival to cure the winter doldrums, the District works to bring the community together with art, culture and festivals for everyone to enjoy.
