Sometime this month, just north of Christmas Motors and Maynard Golf Course on Route 27, the Town of Acton is planning to replace an existing deteriorated
culvert carrying Main Street over a branch of Fort Pond Brook in blue.

Work associated with the Project will consist of replacing the existing dry
stacked stone culvert with a three-sided precast concrete culvert and new headwalls, as well associated utility relocation, grading and pavement resurfacing.

Work is anticipated to take place primarily over a weekend or similar timeframe with a temporary road closure implemented to detour vehicular traffic.
