December 1:

GABRIELLE CIRCLE; Caller advised his car alarm was going off which was unusual. Officers checked the area with negative results. Homeowner was advised extra checks would be conducted.

DIGITAL WAY; The calling party reported a customer left their phone in an Uber. Officer assisted the party with a ride home.

MAIN ST; The walk in party wanted to speak to an officer about fraud with her mother in-law and Verizon.

December 2:

MILL AND MAIN PL + FRONT ST; Checked on vehicle in lot that is running. Nobody around vehicle. Officers will monitor vehicle overnight.

GLENDALE ST; The calling party reported yelling in the parking lot. Officer reported the parties in the parking lot came to an agreement.

December 3:

RIVER ST; The calling party reported a delivery truck tangled in some overhead wires. Eversource contacted.

December 5:

DIGITAL WAY; The calling party reported that his 96 y/o father was not answering the door. Officer reported they forced entry into the residence.  Management was notified.

December 7:

MAIN ST; Caller was concerned about her boyfriend who left after an argument and was walking around in the cold. Officers responded and spoke to the reporting party and then began to check the area. Officer located the male at the Mill & Main parking garage. Male was transported back to the station. Reporting party was advised the boyfriend was located and safe.

MAIN ST + HARRIMAN CT; Officer went to speak to a member of the church about traffic complaints of blocking the roadway and not allowing traffic through.

December 8:

RAILROAD ST; The calling party reported he lost his black wallet sometime around Friday 12/5. He stated it has everything in it, including his SS card.  

FAIRFIELD ST; The calling party reported her neighbor had been slumped over in his car for a while.

December 9:

TIGER DR; School Lockdown. Officer will be doing an ALICE drill at the above location.

DEER PATH; The calling party reported a working fire at the listed address in the kitchen, her neighbor. No one inside.   Officer reported it is spreading to the second floor.  Fire Department on site and reports that active fire has been knocked down.  Fire under control. Fire Investigation team called for.

December 10:

MAIN ST; The reporting party located a wallet behind the listed address belonging to the involved party. Owner of wallet arrived at station to pick it up

CONCORD ST; Officer reported a resident shoveling snow into the road, he was advised that he cannot.

December 11:

MAIN ST; An Emerson Family Medicine employee reported a door to a patient room was stuck and they were not able to open it. Engine 1 reported entry gained.

December 12:

ROOSEVELT ST; Caller stated he was away on business and received a Ring door camera notification. Caller advised it looked like a white male in a black ski cap had put his face up to his front door then walked away. Officers checked the area and found the front screen door open and the main door secure with no signs of entry. Officer deployed the drone and searched the neighborhood with no signs of anyone in the area on foot or car.  

MILL PARKING GARAGE; The calling party reported a group of teenagers on top of the mill parking garage making a disturbance while she was walking by about 15min ago. Mill security was notified.

WOOD LN; Call from Leominster PD requesting a check at listed address looking for individual that resides at this location about a shoplifting incident.

December 15:

PARKER ST; The calling party reported a structure fire. Command reported apparent dryer fire in the basement. Command requested DPW for predicted icy conditions. Command requested notification to Eversource Gas and Eversource Electric. Command requested notification to Building Inspector for structural involvement. Command reported the situation was under control.

December 16:

WOODRIDGE RD; The calling party reported “destruction of property”. Officer reported that the male party was on scene and the female party had left on foot but was in contact with PD Clinician.

CONCORD ST + ACTON ST; The calling party reported a motor vehicle accident at the listed address, no injuries.

GREAT RD; Sudbury transferred a call for an erratic operator heading into our town. The calling party reported the driver was crossing the double yellow multiple times as well as speeding and slowing down for no reason. Officer checked the area nothing found. Stow PD notified.

December 17:

MAIN ST; Walk-In. Found wallet near business and dropped it off. Will attempt to make contact.

POWDER MILL RD; The calling party reported a suspicious male party that comes into the store frequently and makes the staff uncomfortable. The male party is known to walk around the store and linger at the register area and watch the female employees. Male party was gone on arrival. Officer advised the manager of their options. Manager declined a no trespass order at this time. Officer attempted to make contact with the male party at his residence, no answer and no car in the driveway. Involved male returned Officer’s phone call.

December 18:

WALTHAM ST; Business owner found what she believed to be a counterfeit $20 bill and gave it to officers.

MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT BY SUBWAY; Caller reported going to her vehicle and finding it had been hit while she was eating in Magnolia.

December 19:

DAWN RD; Report of the two listed parties arguing. Officers spoke to both parties and there was no argument; just trying to get their daughter to go to bed.

ALL OVER TOWN; Trees down.  Branches down, wires down. Eversource notified.

RIVER ST: The calling party reported the roof of the listed address appeared to be blowing off and could potentially be a hazard. Officer spoke with the owner over the phone, he stated his crew was working on fixing the roof and requested the road be closed to prevent vehicle damage/injury. Roadway was closed until roof was secured and made safe.

ACTON ST; Calling party stated she dropped off a rental car and the Uber driver had a different license plate than that on his Uber profile. Caller stated she declined the ride but the male was still parked there. Officers advise the Uber driver’s information checks out and it’s just a new plate. The account had not yet been updated.

MAIN ST; Owner called and advised there was an unwanted male at the bar. Male was issued a no trespass order and left.

December 20:

WOOD LANE; The calling party reported a sick fox in the area of the listed address.  Animal Control Officer notified.

SHORE AVE; Caller reported seeing a canoe floating behind her house. Caller was concerned something may have happened to someone out on the river. No signs of an emergency or distress in the area.

December 23:

PARKER ST + GREAT RD; Multiple 911 calls reporting a car fire, car is fully engulfed.

OLD MARLBORO RD; Officer following up regarding care fire that took place this morning.   2 car seats donated.

PARKER ST; Caller reports the shed was broken into and gas cans were taken. 

MAIN ST; The calling party reported a strange male party who they had been having issues with. The male party was in the business making customer feel uncomfortable. Officers responded and spoke to the male.

December 24:

POWDER MILL RD; 911 caller reported her friend kicked her out of her car. Caller further stated she was walking in just socks in the snow. Caller further stated her wallet was in the car.

SUDBURY ST; Caller requested a well-being check on her friend who may be sleeping in his vehicle and is concerned due to how cold it is.

 MAIN ST; The calling party reported a suspicious male party walking around and trying to enter the business. Male party had been spoken to a few weeks ago. Officer spoke to the calling party and filled out a no trespass order.

DEMARS ST; The calling party reports there is a squirrel in her living room.

December 25:

PARKER ST; Caller advised sewage was backing up into his basement and he believes it is from the main from the town.  Water Dept was given the information and will contact them.

December 26: 

ACTON ST; Male yelling at clerk and clerk wanted officers to remove him. Male left prior to officer’s arrival. Male located and issued a no trespass order in hand.

December 29: 

ROCKLAND AVE; The calling party reported the water at the culvert was high and he was concerned that it could be a hazard when it freezes this evening. DPW notified.

December 30:

OLD MARLBORO RD; 2 calls for tree down in the street with sparking wires. Officers and Engine 1 responded. Eversource notified.

MAIN ST; The reporting party stated that the involved male entered the business 4 times last night and made her and a client uncomfortable.

WOODRIDGE RD; The walk in party brought in an iPhone that she found on the street in front of her house frozen in the ice.

December 31:

MAIN ST; Caller advised she noticed an older female at the air pump who seems disorientated. Caller standing by and officers dispatched to assist. Clear, officers helped female change her flat tire.
